Process technology

Imec has developed 65nm, 90nm, and 130nm CMOS processes and process modules. Together with the advanced R&D programs in other domains, this has resulted in a substantial number of patents open for licensing.

Imec is welcoming companies to transfer technology and to license its 65nm, 90nm, and 130nm CMOS processes. Imec is also ready for further co-developments of these processes to the specifics needs of our customers. We also grant stand-alone licenses on our extented patent portfolio.
