GeSn developments and future applications

28/5/2010 - 28/5/2010 23h00  | Arenberg Bibliotheek, Heverlee

: Imec, the Catholic University of Leuven (KUL) and the Nagoya University (NU) will organize an international workshop "GeSn developments and future applications".
In this workshop scientists from these three groups will discuss the possible electrical and optical applications of this new material and their strategy to solve the challenges of material implementation. The workshop will be organized immediately after the ISTDM conference in Stockholm. This makes it very attractive for non-European scientist to combine both events.
The event is supported by "Bilateral Programs" between "Research Foundation-Flanders" (FWO) and Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS).
